Skin Care Tips For Golfers

I am a golfer. My family golf, friends, colleagues and even golf to play golf. We do it as a relaxation technique, though sometimes we tend to throw tantrums and throw our clubs around the course, what can go wrong. Golf is a sport that we enjoy the game, because we can speak to each other, share our opinions about everyday topics, and provides a tough game for us to try to win. It can be a sports conditioning, if you choose to go under, but riding in a cart is a nice relaxing event.

Golf is obviously played outdoors, often under the sun. Sun can be harmful for those who do not take care of their skin. Sun-damaged skin may be, if not properly protected. Being from Miami, the sun is very hot and very penalizing. I often see old people walking on the ground with farmers tan. It's funny to me, but can be avoided. If farmers do not know what a bronze, came from the Midwest, where farmers work the farm all day in the sun to come inside with distinct tan lines over their socks, their sleeves, and around their neck. Farmers work hard, and often do not apply sunscreen.

If you golf, take care of your skin. Apply sunscreen on your body before the tee shot. I used to get a "v", where open my shirt around my breasts, I used to apply cream to my face and neck, but forget to put it over my chest and my neck. Sun works in strange ways, and does not propose a tan! We recommend re-applying sunscreen every four holes. We play in Miami, and sometimes in Latin America, where we are closer to the equator than most people, and the sun's dangerous there! If you are in the Midwest, however, or somewhere in the north, do not underestimate the sun. skin lesions may lead to long-term effects, such as sunspots, wrinkles and discoloration. correct application of skin moisturizer before you play well. We also recommend that you apply aloe vera, if indeed burn the skin, at any time.

So go out and enjoy the local golf course. Drink a few beers. Stay calm, have fun and enjoy yourself. Remember that your skin is there, and must be supported.
